HEALTHY MICROWAVE TIP

Don't forget to leave your Octagonal Silpat in your microwave and use this as a cover for any food that you need to cover while cooking. If you don't need to cover the food then just leave the silpat underneath your food incase it spills over because you know how easy it is to clean your silpat.

I also leave my Large Round Mold in my microwave and use this for heating soup, thawing out meat, reheating food etc.

Remember it is not good to put plastic in your microwave, so think heathly and use your demarle molds instead.
